West Palm Beach Real Estate Attracting New Business

In August 2004 there were some important commercial West Palm Beach real estate shifts, which may have been a sign of growing interest in the city and expanding local businesses.

The most notable West Palm Beach real estate transaction was the secretive sale of the 18 acre Grand Bazaar outlet mall to AutoNation for $11.4 million. Lexus of Palm Beach, an AutoNation dealership, will be moving there from their five acre showroom on Okeechobee Blvd. within the next couple of years.

Houlihan’s, the restaurant chain with 76 restaurants in 21 states and Mexico, will be looking for West Palm Beach real estate as it opens four franchised locations there and in Boca Raton. Houlihan’s expansion is aimed primarily at suburban communities and is hoping to find prospective franchisees willing to open two of the eateries with a net worth of $2 million per unit.
