The newest West Palm Beach housing community, the Sail Club Clear Lake, spreads across 11 acres and is bringing 590 new residences to the city. The community´s West Palm Beach housing will be comprised of a mix of high-rise condos, townhouses and lofts, but one of its biggest draws are the scores of amenities that will be available to residents.
Some of the community´s most publicized amenities canbe found in the community´s designer kitchens, which include stainless-steel “dishwashers, refridgerators, microwave ovens and ranges with natural gas hook up, something no other high rise” West Palm Beach housing offers. Amenities outside of the homes include “concierge service, an infinity edge swimming pool and two lap pools, a private theatre, and a state--of-the-art [sic.] fitness facility.” The West Palm Beach housing community also has a clubhouse that comes complete with a clubroom, catering kitchen and internet cafe.
